It's Saturday...but Sunday's coming

Good morning Brothers and Sisters,

I trust that you have had a fruitful week as you have walked with your Lord and that you look forward to gathering as the body on Sunday morning for worship, prayer and fellowship. Oh Yea ! I almost forgot the most important opening of the Word! We are privileges to have with us tomorrow, the Rev Marie Brown, evangelist and teacher who will share from Jeremiah and Corinthians. Marie has been with us before, so you know she will speak truth into our lives as she is obedient to the leading of the Holy Spirit.

Cole Slaw and Salad

To any one who might have use

I have received several cases ( 6 ) of cole slaw and salad that is free to anyone who can use.

It came off a refrigerated truck and is good material.

I have placed it in the refrigerator in the hallway of the church basement.

It is first come first serve. If no one takes, it will be thrown away.

Save the National Day of Prayer -Sign the Petition

Dear Friends, I'm writing with a heavy heart to update you on a ruling that has been handed down regarding the National Day of Prayer. As you may have heard, the Freedom From Religion Foundation filed suit a number of months ago contending that the National Day of Prayer is unconstitutional. On April 15th, U.S. District Court Judge Barbara Crabb decided in their favor, claiming that this observance violates the "establishment clause" of the First Amendment.
